Start with your right foot; make sure you start with a lower level step. Your movements should be controlled, back straight and torso upright.
Crossover Step Ups
You can choose to do this with or without dumbbells, since they add intensity to the exercise. While stepping up and down your hip should remain in the same position, facing your front.
One-Legged Dead lifts
You have to lift the leg behind you to your hip level at the same time raising the dumbbell in your hand up to your chest.
This is the best exercise to start from, it’s a great way to burn fat and is the easiest to get hold of. Although you need to start walking from 20 minutes and then work your way up.
Move your knees in a flapping motion while holding your feet firmly together, you may hold the position at the most stretched point after six flapping movements.
Leg Lowers With Band
Gently release the position once both your legs are held up in air for as long as you can.
Your spine should remain erect while carrying out this position, repeat 13-15 times.
Split Squat To Front Kick
All your weight in this position has to be focused on your waist. Switch sides while one kick is completed, repeat for 1 minute.
